I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom and not know where to go. I also know what it feels like to be frustrated with your body, your health, and your progress. Early on, I spent years sorting through bad training advice, restrictive diets, and fitness trends that promised everything and delivered nothing. One thing I’ve learned through all of it is that the right coach can completely change your perspective, not only on the gym, but on your life.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Between wrestling, martial arts, natural bodybuilding, and over 10 years of personal training, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding how to help people perform better, look better, and feel better. Along the way, I earned my Pro Card as a natural bodybuilder and have had the opportunity to work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.

My journey hasn’t been without setbacks. After years of wrestling, I suffered a fractured sacrum and multiple severely herniated discs throughout my spine. Those injuries forced me to learn how to train around pain, rebuild my body, and continue making progress when most people would have quit. That experience gave me a completely different perspective on fitness and allows me to better help clients who are dealing with injuries, limitations, or chronic pain.

I don’t believe there’s only one way to train and I don’t believe there’s only one way to eat. Everybody is different. Everybody has different goals, different lifestyles, different limitations, and different things that motivate them. My job is to find what works for you and build a plan around it.
